Our weekly order/delivery cycle closes on Tuesday at 16:00.

 

Any changes to orders or cancellations needs to be mailed to carolyn@kokerboomkaas.co.za before our office closes at 4pm Tuesday.

DELIVERY FEE

FREE delivery in VELDDRIF and surrounds

 

Delivery within 20km radius to CAPE TOWN

R100 per order (R200 per order for orders under R250)

 

For orders outside of the 20km radius please contact us for a quote or to arrange collection.

 

DELIVERY TIMES - Thursdays, between 10am and 4pm

*unfortunately we cannot give a specific time of delivery.

 

Please make sure there will be someone to sign for your delivery at the stipulated address.

 

The cheese will need to be refrigerated immediately so it should be a home or office address.

 

If there is no one to sign for the order at the time of delivery, you will be contacted and can collect from our collection point in Sunningdale, Blouberg Area.

• Shelf Life > 6 months vac packed, or two months tightly wrapped in foil
• Our cheeses are stand alone in type - we merely give comparisons so you can conceptualise a similarity
• Stilt and Steen 2 - 3 months - longer the stronger!
• All cheeses must be tightly wrapped in foil after removing from vac-pac
• Cheeses may be a little damp when removing from vac-pac. Leave open in the fridge for a few hours to dry, if desired - otherwise they are ready to eat
• If exposed to air in the fridge, the cheese may darken - as if bruised. This does not mean your cheese if bad! Look after it better!

We guarantee that our product is presented to our clients as per our creamery standard. Should clients have any queries, we will be happy to address such queries. The limit of our liability to accept returns, exchange or refund, cease at the point clients receive their goods from our distributor.

 

Clients are urged to examine the product at the point of receipt and should the client be dissatisfied – do not accept the product and notify us immediately. At that point we will honour exchange, refund or replacement of our product.
